How a job runs

From first message to handover

The same four steps for a blocked drain or a façade repaint. No step is skipped, and nothing is invoiced before you have agreed a written quote.

  1. 01

    Request

Write on WhatsApp, call, or use the form. A few photos and the address are enough to start. Urgent faults are triaged first.

  2. 02

    Site visit

We come to see the job, measure, and check access, parking and building rules. For small, clear jobs the visit and the work can be the same appointment.

  3. 03

    Written quote

You receive an itemised quote: labour, materials, disposal, and the planned dates. Options are listed separately so you can choose.

  4. 04

    Work and handover

The work is done on the agreed dates by the trade concerned. We leave the site clean, walk through the result with you, and remain reachable afterwards.

Who you deal with

One person follows your job

Every request is assigned to a project manager who stays your contact from the first message to the handover, whichever trades are involved. Quotes, invoices and payment questions go to one person too.
