Terms and conditions

These general terms are a working version prepared for the website and are to be reviewed by the company before they bind a contract. The quote you sign is the contract.
Quotes
Quotes are written, itemised and free of charge unless the quote itself states a fee for a survey. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, otherwise thirty days.
Work begins once the quote is accepted in writing (including by email or WhatsApp). Changes requested during the work are quoted separately before they are carried out.
Carrying out the work
Dates are agreed with the client and confirmed before the start. Where the client must provide access, consents or permits, delays caused by their absence are not our responsibility.
We protect the parts of the premises not concerned by the work and leave the site clean. Waste is removed and disposed of in accordance with the rules in force.
Payment
Invoices are payable by the date stated on them. For larger works, the quote sets out a deposit and interim payments. Materials remain our property until paid for in full.
Guarantees and liability
Work is carried out with care and in accordance with the standards applicable in Luxembourg. Defects reported within the period stated on the quote are corrected at no cost. Legal guarantees applicable under Luxembourg law remain unaffected.
Applicable law
These terms and any contract based on a quote are governed by Luxembourg law. The courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction.
