Home repair and small works in Luxembourg
The jobs too small for a contractor and too awkward to do yourself: mounting, fixing, adjusting and replacing, done in one visit where possible.
What this covers
- Mounting shelves, curtain rails, TV brackets and furniture assembly
- Doors, hinges, locks and handles; windows that no longer close well
- Replacing tiles, grout and silicone in kitchens and bathrooms
- Laminate and vinyl flooring repairs and skirting boards
- Small plasterboard repairs and touch-up painting
- Minor electrical and plumbing fixes that do not need a full trade visit
What we need from you
- A list of the jobs, even a short one, with photos
- The address and when the premises are accessible
- Whether you have the parts or fittings, or want us to supply them
Typical requests
- A list of ten small jobs before moving in
- A front door that sticks and a lock to change
- Resealing a shower and replacing cracked tiles
- Mounting a kitchen and a bathroom cabinet set
What we do not claim
Small works are quoted per visit or per half day with materials itemised; anything that turns out to need a specialist trade is passed to that trade within the group, with a separate quote.
